Grand Theft Auto IV cheats change game?

I have gta iv for the 360 and im wondering if cheats will change the outcome of the game (story mode). Will I not be able to do missions, etc?

You will be able to do all missions but not unlock all the achievements. You also will not get a 100% game completion. You can still beat it but it isn’t actually beating the game since you are using cheats, but yes you can still play all the missions.
